Ingredients
- ¼ cup jowar (white millet) flour
- ¼ cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup maize flour
- ¼ cup finely chopped onions
- ½ cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- Salt to taste
- 1 ¼ tsp oil for greasing and cooking
For serving:
- Coriander green garlic chutney
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency using enough water.
- Heat a non stick tava and grease it lightly using ¼ tsp of oil.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter on the non-stick tava and spread it in acircular motion to make a 125 mm (5”) diameter circle.
- Cook, using ¼ tsp of oil till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make more pancakes
- Serve hot with coriander green garlic chutney.
